Our returns are hassle-free.

Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a FREE RETURN LABLE. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the US Virgin Islands will be returned at the customer's expense.

To return your item:

1. Go to our Returns Platform or go to this link https://www.elephantstock.com/a/service 
2. Follow the instructions to initiate your return. You will be asked to provide the reason for your return.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email. Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a FREE RETURN LABLE. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the US Virgin Islands will be returned at the customer's expense.
4. Print the return label and attach it to your package.
5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable as they are made especially for you.

Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method once we receive and approve your return.
