We're sorry you're not happy with your product. 

We'd appreciate it if you took a few moments to tell us why, so we can improve in the future.

To return your item:

1. Go to our Returns Platform or go to this link https://www.elephantstock.com/a/service 
2. Follow the instructions to initiate your return. You will be asked to provide the following details:
   • Order number
   • The reason you're returning the item
   • Photos of the item and its box
   • Whether you prefer a return or an exchange (if exchange, let us know which item and size).
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email. Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a free return label.
4. Print the return label and attach it to your package.
5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility.

Custom and personalized orders — including personalized push pins and photo prints — are non-refundable

Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method once we receive and approve your return.
