Not satisfied with the size or design? We will refund your purchase upon returning the artwork. With our money-back guarantee, reach out to us within 90 days of receiving your artwork (as indicated by the tracking number) and we'll be happy to refund your purchase to the original credit card used with the order.

Custom and personalized orders, including personalized push pins and photo prints, are non-refundable. While return labels are provided for the 48 contiguous US states, please note that shipping charges for all other states and should be covered by the customer.
To return your item:
- Go to our Returns Platform or go to this link https://elephantstock.com/pages/returns
- Follow the instructions to initiate your return. You will be asked to provide the following details:
- Order number
- The reason you're returning the item
- Photos of the item and its box
- Whether you prefer a return or an exchange (if exchange, let us know which item and size).
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email. Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a free return label.
- Print the return label and attach it to your package.
- Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility.
