We’re sorry to hear that! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We would be happy to refund your purchase upon returning the artwork – no questions asked!

With our money-back guarantee, you can send your product back within 90 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to refund your purchase to the original credit card used when purchasing. Custom orders are non-refundable.

While return labels are provided for the 48 contiguous US states, please note that shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Canada must be covered by the customer.

Not sure how to return your item? Here's how:

1. Go to our Returns Platform or go to this link https://www.elephantstock.com/a/service 
2. Follow the instructions to initiate your return. You will be asked to provide the reason for your return.
3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
4. Print the return label and attach it to your package.
5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility.

Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method once we receive and approve your return.
