Happy customers make us happy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 90 days* (it's free!), and we will refund you the full amount.
To get a refund:
- Go to our Returns Platform and follow the instructions.
- Provide the reason for your return.
- Receive and print your return label (free for contiguous U.S. orders; Hawaii, Alaska, and US Virgin Islands returns are at the customer's expense).
- Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.

Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method once we receive and approve your return.
